Er.Sridhar Maddisetty is graduated in B.E Civil Engineering, Post graduated in M.Tech Structures and MBA in Finance. With his vast experience as an NRI, is strong about the beliefs he holds and is genuine about the values he represents. His aim is “To provide a holistic and value based professional education” so to drive “Technology towards peace and prosperity”. This aim and purpose of his, is duly incorporated in the vision and mission statements of the PACE Group of Institutions, of which he is the Secretary and the Correspondent. The PACE Group of Institutions, under his worthy command, has carved an identity for itself, and has grown to be a renowned Institution, offering several professional programs in the many domains of Engineering, Diploma and Business Management.
As is said that a busy man has a time for everything, Mr.Sridhar too has several interests that he indulges in. At one time, he is carefully devising the activities of the PACE Group of Institutions, with an eye set on the noble vision and mission of the Institutions and at the other time he is freely associating with the great people and the common man, alike. Mr. Sridhar is at one time, in the sports arena, he plays volley ball with students and at other time, he relishes with staff that he feels and treats as his own family. He plays several roles as General Secretary for Andhra Pradesh Private Engineering College Managements Association (APPECMA), Regional Chairman of Lions Club, Ongole. Besides these, he has a rich experience in Granite Industry and managing a Granite Quarry in Prakasam district.
With the result of his work and forceful personality spreading far and wide, Mr. Sridhar was invited by several National and Regional level Educational, Social and other collective action groups and Institutions to assume several offices most of which he consented and continues to serve effectively till day without compromising.
Mr. Sridhar has a moral commitment to do the best he can in uplifting the poor and serving the needy and the under-privileged through PACE Foundation. He holds the first generation students closer to his heart and the performing ones in high regard. He has, by his honesty and integrity, made a reputation for himself and is admired by one and all for his profound brotherhood and humanity that he stands for.
